Delivery Terms
Our goal is to make sure your order reaches you as quickly, conveniently, and safely as possible. That’s why we offer several delivery options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
Delivery Methods

Parcel lockers
A convenient and fast way to pick up your order at any time of the day. You will receive an SMS or email notification once your parcel is ready for collection.

Courier delivery to home or office
A courier will deliver your order directly to the address you provide on business days. This is the most convenient choice if you want to receive your package quickly and without any hassle.

Bus parcel service
A very fast delivery option between cities. Your order will be shipped with the nearest available route, and you will be able to collect it at the bus station.
Delivery Times

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Standard delivery within Lithuania takes 1–3 business days, depending on the selected delivery method.

During holidays or sales periods, delivery may take longer.
Delivery Costs

The exact delivery cost is calculated at checkout according to the chosen delivery method.

Orders over X € qualify for free delivery to parcel lockers. (you can adjust the amount)
Additional Information

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order status.

If the courier cannot deliver your order (for example, if no one is available at the address), they will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

For urgent deliveries, we recommend using the bus parcel service.
